Flammable carbon briquetting machines, ignition carbon briquetting machine and smokeless carbon briquetting machine have the electrical system of power mechanism and adopts button centralized control, which can realize three working modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. The working pressure, pressing speed and slider stroke of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs, and can complete three process modes: ejection process, without ejection process and stretching process. Each process can be selected from two process actions: constant pressure and constant range. The constant pressure forming process has pressure holding, time delay and automatic return after pressing.

Secondly, carbon can be crushed into carbon powder by dust-free grinder. Thirdly, carbon powder are stirred by double shaft mixer and mixer.
