CONVEYOR BELT VACUUM DRYING EQUIPMENT

The flower drying machine, chrysanthemum dryer and rose flower dehydrator adopts continuous components and has several layers of structure in the dryer, which can be widely used in industry, food and other fields. The inner mesh surface of the oven is made of 304 stainless steel, which has the advantages of moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and no rust.

The oven adopts multi-layer mobile mesh belt transmission, the hot air flow passes through the mesh belt from bottom to top, multi-layer circulation turnover and drying layer by layer, with uniform and sufficient heat and mass exchange, high production efficiency, good product quality and large drying area, which can realize mass continuous production.

The complete set of equipment does not need a lot of civil engineering, but can be fixed in the plant, with small floor area and convenient installation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Flower drying machine, chrysanthemum dryer and rose flower dehydrator are conveying the material the feed conveyor to the inside of the mesh belt dryer. The vegetables and fruits are conveyed from the first layer to the last layer by a conveyor belt and the dried vegetables and fruits are conveyed by a discharge conveyor. The belt dryer uses hot air as the drying medium. The hot air passes through the material from the bottom to the top. The final moisture comes out of the top of the dryer. The dryer can dry not only according to heat, but also according to strong air. Therefore, it can improve drying efficiency and drying time. It is more convenient and no require manual loading and discharging.
